I've been contemplating using the Jack Daniels 2Q training plan for my next marathon (🏃‍♂️). That, of course means that I've built a small project to convert the Daniels' Running Formula into Intervals workouts.

"5 E + 3 × (2 T w/2 min rests) + 1 T + 2 E" becomes:

- 8.00km 59-74% Pace
- 3.20km 83-88% Pace
- 2m00 Rest
- 3.20km 83-88% Pace
- 2m00 Rest
- 3.20km 83-88% Pace

- 1.60km 83-88% Pace
