Great 🏃‍♂️ this morning.

Had 3x3.2km (2mi) @ ~4:20-4:40/km and hit all three just under 4:20. I'm a little worried that I'm doing these workouts too hard, which might have an effect on the long run later in the week, but damn it feels good to nail the paces like that.
